Our closest available driver is instructed to proceed directly to the requested pick-up site and then go directly to the destination without stopping for other deliveries. The cost for the Super Rush Delivery service is low priced at our regular rate plus an additional $20.00.
General Delivery Information
Our standard San Francisco delivery service is a two to three (2-3) hours RUSH delivery service within 25 miles.
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Regular Rates (from 4:00 p.m. – 8 p.m. add 50% to rate)
- Saturdays: add 50% to rate
- Weekdays after 8:00 p.m., Sundays, & holidays: delivery fees are twice the listed rate

Additional Delivery Service Information
| Waiting Time | No charge first 15 minutes, then 1.00 for each additional minute. |
| Weight | No charge up to 10 lb. on regular deliveries (maximum of 50 lb. per item). Add 15 cents for each additional pound. |
| Wrong Address | Add 75 cents for each minute of travel time to correct address. |
| Dry Runs | When unable to pick up, rate is 50% of the basic rate plus waiting time. |
| Round-trip Fee | Same as first delivery if a Regular Delivery; 20% off if an Economy Return Delivery. |
| Truck Jobs | Additional fees are charged depending upon the size of the truck required. Food deliveries are charged the Super Rush Delivery rate. $5.00 box fee may apply per box |
