Order Process Service Form

All Process Service Orders are initiated and the first attempt is completed within 4 business days; however, we cannot guarantee that recipients will be served. Some people actively avoid service, and it can take longer and require new addresses for completion of service. Also some locations and serves will require additional Remote Fees and/or Out of State Charges $20-60, copy fees at 25c/page and Special Handling Fees. Bank Levys and Wage Garnishments start at $225.00 and must be called in. Rush Serves Cutoff time is 2pm. Rush Serves are attempted next business day, Routines attempted within 4 business days Mon-Fri Not Including Holidays. Federal Holidays Are Observed. Process Servers are available for attempts from 7am – 8pm everyday.

eFile Your Proof of Service Bundle Orders* are completed within 3 business days after Service of Process Completion. (* eFile Your Proof of Service only includes Service of Process + eFiling your Proof, to eFile any other documents to serve, submit separately here or send documents to eFile@onehour.net for separate fee.
