Same Day E-Filings can either be done on a 4 hour standard timeline or for an additional Fee we can submit a 2-Hour E-Filing.
After 2:00pm all same day E-filings are attempted on a 2-Hour E-Filing Rush Basis +$40.00 for $114.95 (Account holders save $25 = $89.95).
After 4:00pm The 1-Rush Fee is +$80.00 for $154.95 (Account holders save $129.95 Immediate E-Filings).
eServe using our Portal for FREE and check the status of your eServe. Our system will display the date and time your email was opened by opposing counsel. You can also utilize this service without doing a filing by selecting Create Serve-Only.
Over The Counter In Person Filing
and Recording Service
We are experts at over-the-counter filings throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Statewide. Email us your documents and we can file or record over the counter. Alternatively, we will pick up filings and legal documents from your office and go directly to any court by email request or by online order entry. Prices start at only $75.00 for Alameda County and Contra Costa County, and all Bay Area Courthouses for $125.00 or less (within 40 miles and emailed filings not including insurance & risk management fee 2% and Software & Admin Fee $6.00).
