All Court Filings we provide are attempts and we do not guarantee your documents will be filed. For exact filing rules please contact the court clerk’s office.

All attempted filings are the same price as successful filings. Prices below include only the first 25 pages, additional fee of 35c per page thereafter. Court Fees are not included in prices below. Some Courts have additional remote fees of $17 – $53.00

Filing Orders are started within 1 hour for Super Rush and 2-3 hours for Regulars. Some courts close as early as 9:30am, so if a filing arrives without sufficient time to complete, we will attempt the next business day. Please call us right away if you are placing a Same Day Filing. Additional charges may apply including the court filing fees, copy charges, remote courts, research time and multiple document fees.
